Lafayette County Abstract & Title (A family owned business) was
established in 1981. Rhonda Hartwig, member/owner of
the company, has been working in title processing since 1971. Heath
Hartwig, member/owner of the company, joined the business in 2001.
the Business expanded to Monroe in 1993 as Green County Title &
Abstract, Inc. In 2004, the Hartwigs expanded the family business into Grant
County to Platteville as Tri-County Title Services, LLC.
